7:00 – 8:30 Richard Ryan will be speaking on the topic of drug and alcohol education; this is open to the public, LWS Theater

Friday
8:00 – 12:00 Class Visitations—half hour visits to all your child’s classes

12:00 – 1:00 Welcome, Lunch, and Q&A in Gym for families and students

1:00 – 5:00 Parent/Teacher Conferences (see Notes below)

5:00 – 6:00 Parent Reception at the Whittum House; enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres with the faculty

Saturday
9:00 – 10:15 Global Immersion Studies meeting, Theater

10:15 – 11:00 College Counseling meeting for Senior families, Theater

11:00 – 12:00 College Counseling meeting for Junior families, Theater

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

1:00 – 3:00 Parent/Teacher Conferences

3:00 – 4:00 Pick up basketball game in Gym, open to students and families

4:00 Campus closes to all students

6:00 – 8:00 Dinners by class at local families’ homes (see Notes below)

Sunday

Monday
Closed Campus

Tuesday
1:00 Campus re-opens for boarding students; all boarding students return by 5:00; dinner is at 6:00

Wednesday
7:45 a.m. Advisory meeting and jobs, classes resume at 8:00

To sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences, email Abbie Lane at abbie@lws.edu or call 970-879-1350-10. Meetings with teachers are 10 minutes, with 5-minute passing periods.

If you are a boarding family who cannot attend the weekend, inform Dean of Students Randy Judycki, judyckir@lws.edu/970-879-1350-13 so that we can help arrange a host family for Sunday through Tuesday. If you can host a boarding student for Saturday through Tuesday, let Mr. Judycki know.
