Ride/Write
The Ride-Write program serves athletes interested in the experience of the foreign travel program and an elevated level of snowboard coaching and the opportunity to attend Competitions. In this program you can improve all around riding skills in a variety of areas with a SSWSC coach. It is focused on recreational riding as opposed to competitive riding. In this program athletes participate in fall activities with LWS or dryland training at the SSWSC. This is decided by the participant. Ride -Write students maintain a full load of classes during the winter months and train with a SSWSC coach three afternoons per week after classes and there is an optional Saturday training. It is possible to attend some weekend competitions with the SSWSC. Ride-Write participants also attend Foreign Trip program activities. Participants are required to pay SSWSC program fees and LWS foreign trip fees.
