Vaccine Update
Sophomore and Junior students entering LWS for the 2008-2009 school year should be aware that the State of Colorado requires a Tdap vaccine. Tdap is a booster for Dtap (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis). The Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccination is recommended for high school students, but not required. Recently a letter was sent to Sophomore and Junior parents outlining the requirements. Please sign and return the bottom of the form. Please contact Julia (julia@lws.edu) or Lynne (Lynne@lws.edu) with any questions.
